Registering and Logging In

Registering and Logging in an Communication Domain - as a Admin

  • Registration on Knoblr Hudlles is simple, You can simply sign in with your Google account With Your Email ID .
  • Enter your email id, you will receive an OTP, once OTP is verified your registration process is complete.
  • Once you are on the Huddles portal, the first step is to create your Communication Domain.

Registering and Logging in an Communication Domain - as a User

  • Registartion on Knoblr Hudlles is simple, You can simply sign in with your Google account
  • Enter your email id, you will receive an OTP, once OTP is verified your registration process is complete.
  • See a list of all the Communication Domains you are part of, you can launch your Communication Domain from here.

Huddle user profile

User profile can be accessed for:

  • Team Members (See a list of all the members in the current Huddle space, including the Leader)
  • Switch Huddle Space (See a list of your Huddle spaces for switching from one to another)
  • Change Password (Change your password for the current Communication Domain)
  • Profile (See your profile, you can edit your first name, last name and profile picture)
  • Sign Out (logout of the current Communication Domain)
  • Help and Support (Open Help and Support)
  • Privacy Policy (See Knoblrs Privacy Policy)
  • Terms and Conditions (See Knoblrs Terms and Conditions)

Moving huddles document to specific folders
  • You Can Drag And Drop a Huddle from current week section to any folder in the folder structure.
  • You Can Right Click on a Huddle and select move, this will open the folder structure, you can select any folder and move the huddle in to it.

  • Draft Huddles document
  • Huddles initiated by me document
  • Recent huddles document
    • Huddles document that are shared with you
    • Huddles document that are Locked by the owner
    • Huddles document that are Blocked by the owner
    • Huddles document that are waiting for your response
    Searching for huddles document title, Elements in the huddles document, Voice descriptions in the huddles document

    You can search Huddles from the Search Bar present in the home screen of that Huddle Space, when you type some text you will see result of files with that name, files with the searched text, files which have the searched text in their transcript.

    Notifications

    Notifications tab can be opened from the bell icon in the top right corner of Huddle space

    Notification is received whenever:

    • A Huddle is shared with you
    • Someone creates a response on your Huddle.
    • Someone send you a CoEdit request.
    • CoEdit Control is requested back by the owner
    • You can either open a huddle or get a sneak peek from the notification panel, Once you open a huddle its notification will be removed
    Creating and modifying folders
    • You can create folders in a huddle space to organize your work
    • A new folder can be created by clicking on New button (on the top left corner) and choosing folder
    • By doing a right click in folders or current week area and selecting folder

    • You can create huddle files in the Huddle Space home folder or any sub folder under it
    • New button (on the top left corner) can be used for creating a New Huddle
    • Right click in folders or current week area and selecting Huddle
    Opening a huddle: from the Dashboard or from inside a folder
    • You can open the latest communication in a Huddle by Double clicking on Huddle thumbnail
    • Select a Huddle and click on open Huddle option from My Huddles toolbar
    • Right click and choose Open Huddle.

    Header and Footer Interaction

    Sharing Huddle
    • Share a huddle with other people in your Huddle Space.
    • Choose recipients and whether they should receive email alert about this share.
    • You can even type a message for the recipients.
    • Share a Huddle with other people outside your Huddle Space/ Communication Domain. Copy Link and share it with anyone.
    Co-Edit Huddle
    • You can give a CoEdit control of a huddle when you are editing it, co-editor can contribute in your huddle, only one person can co-edit at a time.
    • When you share, a dialog is shown for selecting the recipient.

    When you send a CoEdit request, the CoEdit icon is replaced by Requested, use it to.

    • Request CoEdit control back (a request will be sent to other person to release control of the Huddle)
    • Take CoEdit control back (get complete control of the Huddle)

    When you receive a CoEdit request, you see the Received, use it to.

    • Give Up Controls (give up CoEdit control of the Huddle)
    Webex Integration
    • The Webex modules enable you to monitor, create, retrieve, update, or delete messages, rooms, attachment actions, memberships, and teams in your Webex account.
    • You Can Start Your Web Ex Meeting With clicking on Video Conferencing Icon on Right Top Corner and Adding Participants You want to add in that meeting
    Zoom Integration
    • The Zoom modules enable you to monitor, create, retrieve, update, or delete conferences in your Zoom account
    • You Can Start Your Zoom Meeting With clicking on Video Conferencing Icon on Right Top Corner and Adding Participants You want to add in that meeting
